What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal of this project is to enhance business development to boost INSPIRELY after school paid orders, order frequency & average order value and draft 5 years business revenue plan with key strategies & action plan.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Analyzing the current after school paid orders, order frequency, and average order value.


- Developing strategies to drive registrations to passion discovery workshops, sales of DIY STEAM kits & other after school activities.


- Researching and identifying key strategies to boost business revenue in the next 5 years.


- Creating an action plan to implement the identified strategies.


- Project management of driving initiative related to social media, email marketing, outreaching to school, parents, and corporates.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- Analysis of current after school paid orders, order frequency, and average order value.


- identify and clearly drafted 5 years implementation plan to drive registrations to passion discovery workshops, sales of DIY STEAM kit &other after school activities


- Project management of driving initiative related to social media, email marketing, outreaching to school, parents, and corporates.



Final deliverables:


- A comprehensive report detailing the analysis, strategies, revenue plan, and action plan.


- A presentation explaining the findings and proposed strategies.
