What is the Strategic Issue or Opportunity (Project Overview)?:

Note that projects must:

(1) Encourage girls to be more involved in STEM related projects or studies.

(2) Make a recommendation to the organization about what decision they should make and how that decision will add value

(3) and provide the organization with an implementation plan to realize that value.


Deliverables:

  1. What are your desired deliverables?

a) Research data about girls taking STEM subjects in Edmonton, Alberta, and Canada to produce a comprehensive report.

b) Research and document other community organizations utilizing STEM programs in Edmonton.

c) Using data procured, develop program to motivate girls to join STEM subjects, ie PowerPoint, virtual or in person information sessions.
