We would like to be able to maximize our use of zoom, acuity scheduling and our documentation for programming.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- meet and see if we are a good match
- orientation to our tools and our zoom and acuity accounts
- communicate in slack, organize in Trello and do research to sort out process issue with zoom and acuity
- set up closed captioning and transcription on our zoom account
- set up a documentation process for our programs - run sheets
- Resolve user experiences with Acuity scheduling and run recorded scheduled classes on the zoom integration
- make suggestions about other ways we can improve our user experience.
