What is the main goal for this project?

We want you to investigate our sales funnel to help us understand why prospects are falling off and what changes we should make to increase sales. You will have access to our Sales Manager for information and we will provide all current sales collateral for review. You will also be provided high level data, but not individual account information.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The final project deliverable is a 10-page oral report detailing our current sales process and your recommended changes.

The report should include:

  1. A visual graphic of current sales process.
  2. Current touch-points between prospect & sales team.
  3. Current sales collateral that is exchanged.
  4. Drop-off rates between each sales stage.
  5. Recommendations for improvement.
How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. Additional opportunities for continued mutually beneficial support is availble.

About the company

The Getson Group is a consulting company that works with small and medium enterprises on funding strategy. We work with primarily 'fundable' companies that have established some traction in the market, but have recently opened up our pipeline to startups seeking early stage funding support.
