A common problem with new subscribers is helping them to overcome the initial psychological hurdle of getting started using our application. To assist with this, we would like to build an email automation campaign that captures their interest and provides simple, step-by-step instructions to break down this process for them. ("5 minutes a day to happiness" for example)
There are existing templates, content and automations using MailChimp that are outdated and no longer functional, but which should serve as a good starting point. Students working on this should have excellent written English skills with the ability to convey technical information in easy-to-understand terms with a highly friendly, personable tone. Since the content will include images, visual layout skills are important as well.
