- What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to develop a lead generation plan for a new target market for Montreal Clown. This will involve identifying prospective companies, developing an outreach strategy, testing and revising the strategy, and creating a lead list, email and print copy, and cold call script.
There are two main new markets:
- Identification of prospective retirement homes, senior care facilities and other like companies engaged in providing recreational services to seniors in the Montreal and surrounding areas).
- Identification of companies, ideally close to the downtown core of Montreal, who invest in employee wellbeing / take pride in providing fun workplaces and are interested in providing incentives/rewards for employees to work in the office
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Research and identify prospective companies in the new target market
- Develop an outreach strategy for reaching out to these prospective companies.
- Test and revise the outreach strategy based on initial results.
- Create a lead list of potential companies.
- Develop email and print copy for outreach.
- Create a cold call script for reaching out to potential clients.
- Compile marketing research results.

The company director will be available for phone, email and web call sessions to provide any guidance or precisions.
Access to the company's Google platform will be provided for database creation and copy writing. Additional tools and technology may be provided based on a criteria of affordability and efficiency to meet project needs.
