Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

We want to simplify our product development and operational processes to make our business model more “lean” and reactive to customer feedback. The focus of this project should be on clearly identifying the root problems that are increasing time and cost allocations across our operations and suggesting actionable solutions. Students should focus on:

  • Mapping our operational processes.
  • Identifying bottlenecks in our systems.
  • Recommending improvements to optimize our organization.

We hope to implement changes that will help us reduce costs and accelerate innovation for several new products we are rolling out in the next year.

How will you support learners in completing the project?
  • Mapping our operational processes.
  • Identifying bottlenecks in our systems.
  • Recommending improvements to optimize our organization.
