What is the main goal for this project?

We have experienced rapid growth over the past 2 years and we are having some issues in resolving email issues. We would like to create a system where by all mail is read and checked daily and all comes into one hub and that hub is organized. We have our company email, our social media messages, our internal slack communications and we are looking for a solution that can bring it all together into a customer management system. We are open to new software solutions or better use of the tools that we currently use.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
  • Solve email issues of syncing mail accounts.
  • suggest software or better use of existing tools for customer management
  • set up a system/hub so that we do not lose or miss important emails/messages
  • set up a website chat bot sends a text message to a cell phone
  • overall improve communications and thereby improving customer retention and team relations
