- What is the main goal for this project?

I am looking to launch a new business and would like to involve students in this exciting time as we work to develop a business plan that includes industry overview, market research, sales and marketing and financials. I can provide some documentation, a business overview and other information as needed.
The Business Idea: Menopeer Canada offers high-quality menopeer support training, and certification in Canada so that every woman has access to a menopeer who can provide peer support throughout menopause. Menopeer Canada works to improve the experience of menopause by reducing the stigma associated with it and embracing menopause as a natural part of women’s lives.
The Organization
Menopeer Canada was founded in 2022. The organization consists of partners specializing in peer support training, menopause specialists and clinicians working closely with the director and owner of Menopeer Canada. Menopeer Canada will be incorporated as a business entity.
The mission of Menopeer Canada is to empower and increase women’s well-being during the menopausal phase by training, certifying and supporting menopeers. Menopeer Canada’s vision is to create a vibrant community for professional menopeers to learn from and be inspired by. Menopeer Canada will primarily be an online virtual company with the ability to franchise to different countries – United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, etc.

Menopeer Canada is for women to professionally develop skills as an independent menopeer support specialist.
Menopeer Canada offers:
· Professional training programs (3 levels)
· Continuous contact with the menopeer team and other menopeers
· Certification process
· Scheduling and coordination of several activities, webinars and opportunities to growth and information sharing - be part of a community of practice

- Income projections (conservative and aggressive)
- Assets and liabilities
