Perspective Views is a firm specializing in the conceptual design of custom residential projects, primarily utilizing Revit software. The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive conceptual design for a custom residential home, tailored to meet specific client requirements. The project will involve translating client needs into a functional and aesthetically pleasing design, ensuring that all elements are cohesive and practical. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of architectural design principles, Revit software, and residential building codes to develop a detailed conceptual model. This project will help learners gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting, enhancing their skills in both design and software application.

Key tasks include:

- Conducting a needs assessment based on provided client requirements.

- Developing a preliminary design concept using Revit.

- Creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.

- Ensuring the design adheres to local building codes and regulations.

The deliverables for this project will include a comprehensive Revit model of the custom residential home, complete with detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Additionally, a design report summarizing the client requirements, design rationale, and adherence to building codes will be required. These deliverables will demonstrate the learners' ability to apply their architectural design skills and Revit proficiency in a practical project.

Deliverables include:
