The main goal for the project is to prepare and develop a marketing campaign on a social media platform such as Instagram to engage and drive traffic (new followers) to Perspective Views' profile page as well as their website. The end goal is to increase followers organically and increase likes and comments on their posts.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Researching the target audience for Perspective Views- Developing a content strategy for Instagram- Creating engaging and visually appealing posts- Implementing a posting schedule- Analyzing the performance of the campaign and making adjustments as needed

The main goal for the project is to investigate and integrate AI technology into the conceptual design phase of custom residential design projects for Perspective Views, an architectural design firm. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Researching and understanding the current conceptual design phase process.- Investigating a wide range of AI software suitable for implementation.- Analyzing the potential impact of AI integration on the design process.- Developing a plan for integrating the selected AI technology into the conceptual design phase.- Testing and evaluating the effectiveness of the integrated AI technology.
