The main goal for the project is to create content that encourages constructive communication for couples experiencing relationship breakdown. The content should foster collaboration and coparenting to empower individuals and support children. The project will utilize Conversational Intelligence with clients in order to achieve better outcomes and support families. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Researching effective communication strategies for couples going through divorce.


- Creating written and visual content that promotes constructive communication and coparenting.


- Collaborating with experts in Conversational Intelligence to incorporate their techniques into the content.


- Developing a plan for distributing the content to the target audience.


- Testing the effectiveness of the content through feedback and data analysis.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- A comprehensive research report on effective communication strategies for couples in divorce.


- Written and visual content that promotes constructive communication and coparenting.


- Incorporation of Conversational Intelligence techniques into the content.


- A distribution plan for reaching the target audience.


- Analysis of feedback and data to measure the effectiveness of the content.



Final deliverables:


- A portfolio of the created content.


- A report detailing the distribution plan and the results of the content effectiveness analysis.

T.C.D.aims to meet a pressing need and foster better social, emotional, and economic outcomes for our kids, parents and communities. Traditional divorce is like raging against the storm - time, energy and money - misdirected against an inevitable negative outcome that is impacts everyone. Parental alienation is rising along with mental illness and studies indicate that teenage suicide is directly linked to family breakdown. The divorce process is inherently destabilizing - people feel overwhelmed, hopeless, and "divorce crazy." a term often used in amongst Family lawyers . Rates of domestic violence rise over 80% during relationship breakdown. T.C.D. is an integrated system that focuses on prevention in a simple way empowering and supporting families during these critical times.
