It was a pleasure to work with Dr. Thomas-Chambers. She was well organized, the information she sent was thorough, and she responded to all of my emails promptly.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work with these amazing and diligent students. We met regularly as check in and the students were always on top of their work and ready with any questions or follow up. It would be wonderful to work with this school once again in the future.

The faculty-administrator lead on this project was excellent. I appreciate the time commitment and supervision necessary to facilitate a project like this while also allowing students the space to make the project their own and work with the client directly. Fantastic students, faculty, and results. I cannot emphasize how happy we are with the great work, enthusiasm, dedication, and thoughtfulness of the students. Great questions, great insights, and great attitudes all around.

This was an excellent partnership between our organization and the students and Dr. Shah in the Organizational Behavior Dynamics course. The engagement and communication aligned our objectives and collaboration. The students applied the coursework to provide practical and creative recommendations and strategies. Dr. Shah's commitment, knowledge, and experience was invaluable for leading the teams while exceeding our organization's project outcomes.

The Professor, MD Moniruzzaman was outstanding and lent support to students and the SZC team. We are very grateful. The team had four students and one was particularly outstanding. All students were willing to learn and grow. I would recommend that while students may major in Data analytics, they should be exposed to courses in financial analysis and banking as most intend to have careers in banking. Also students should consider their audience when writing reports. There is a need for dashboards and displays which present data in a digestible form for those who perhaps aren’t as well versed in extracting insights from charts and symbols as the rest of us may be. Overall it was an excellent experience.

The course provided useful concepts for an organization to consider, whether looking to implement initial processes addressing talent IQ and emotional intelligence or seeking ways to improve. Further, my organization's emphasis on understanding Gen Z was interwoven into the final project which was insightful and helpful for future organizational considerations.

Professor Nidhi Shah is highly involved in and committed to the success of her students. She's an excellent communicator and clearly worked hard with her students to ensure the success of this project.

From the initial meeting with Dr. Shah, I knew that this was going to be a great experience. She is innovative, detailed and engaging. We met twice to review the course objectives and throughout the course I could tell the students were interacting and working together. The final presentations were all well constructed and I look forward to using the information with our staff and volunteers.

Working with Professor Shah was a pleasure and she deserves all the credit for seeing the opportunity to work with a small NFP, with a new and important purpose, but with no past experience of doing projects with university classes. The effort was greatly appreciated and I would suggest working with Professor Shah if you get the opportunity.
