Labor and Employee Relations - Creating Better Stakeholder Relationships
Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from University of California, Riverside to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.Learners in this program/experience will contribute to Trust and Accountability and create better stakeholder relationships, establish a strong internal communication system, and identifying negotiation strategies that will help in promoting transparency, accountability and leadership.

Organizational Behavior Dynamics

Organizational Behavior Dynamics course is designed to examine the important issues and procedures regarding functions of the organization. Participants will understand the major aspects of the organization that contribute to the organizational culture, managing work behavior, perceptions and emotions, motivation and stress, providing evaluation, feedback and rewards for constructive behavior as well as managing misbehavior. This course will demonstrate how balanced advocacy will facilitate a harmonious work environment with employer and employees as well as team dynamics, managing conflict, negotiation, communication, decision making, leadership, organizational structure and design, managing change, innovation and creativity.
