In this project, a team of graduate school Information Technology students will help you develop a solution for an IT challenge or opportunity you may be facing.Projects fall into one of the following areas of specialization- cloud computing, data analytics, project management or general IT. Faculty and Staff work in advance of the course to identify and vet projects for learners. This process involves meeting with companies, identifying the need and envisioning a scope that fits the course (in terms of specialization, length and depth).About our students-Our students are primarily adult learners and although they will have slightly different abilities and skillsets, many of our students come to Capella with years of experience in their field of study or other professions.

Capella University is launching course HRM 5100 (HRM Professional Internship) for learners in our Master's in Human Resources Management program. Our course participants will be required to spend a minimum of 15-20 hours per week working on internship-related duties in addition to their coursework, and learners who utilize Riipen will be seeking a project-based virtual internship. Students will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the internship period, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students are available for 100 hours of placement between September to December 2021.HRM 5100 learners are looking for both paid and unpaid internships with a preference for paid experiences. Please indicate in your project submission which you are able to offer.Due to COVID-19 restrictions, student placements will only occur virtually.
