Learners are business students in their second semester in a post-graduate program. This means they have completed their first degree and first semester in our program. Over the course of their 2nd semester, they will learn how to zoom on a group of users, empathize with their pain points and unmet needs, define the problem, ideate for solutions, develop and test low-fidelity prototypes.
