Great Jobs KC is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to breaking down barriers to education and career advancement. Originally launched in 2016 as KC Scholars, the organization has evolved to serve job seekers from low- to modest-income households through college scholarships, job training, and career resources. Inspired by Ewing Marion Kauffman’s belief that postsecondary education should be accessible to all, Great Jobs KC now connects learners with real-world experience through a new work-integrated learning program on Riipen.
