Over a 4 week period, job seekers will work in teams of 2–3 to complete remote, employer-hosted projects requiring 40 hours of effort. Job seekers will be matched with U.S.-based employers sourced by Riipen and supported throughout the experience with training, onboarding, and milestone check-ins.

Learners
Team size may not exceed 3
Learners will engage in work-integrated learning (WIL) projects that align with one of the following tracks:
- Project Management
- Project Coordination
Each project will provide participants with an opportunity to:
- Apply technical and soft skills in real-world environments
- Work collaboratively in small teams (2–3 job seekers)
- Gain experience in remote, professional team settings
- Complete a scoped project within 40 hours across 4 weeks
- Receive employer feedback and mentorship

Project Examples
Requirements
CRM Implementation or Migration: Support the implementation of a customer relationship management system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). May involve change management, training, data migration, and vendor coordination.
Product Launch: Provide project coordination in the release of a new product or feature from development to marketing and support. Requires collaboration across R&D, marketing, sales, and customer service.
Cross-Department Workflow Automation: Provide project leadership to automate processes using tools like Zapier, Power Automate, or custom scripts. May involve mapping existing processes, identifying tools, testing, and training users.
Compliance or Audit Readiness Project: Manage the process for preparing a team or organization for an internal or external audit. Includes documentation gathering, policy updates, risk assessments.
