Upper level MBA students, working in small teams, within a variety of business aspects (Marketing; Human Resources; Operations; IT, Finance; or combinations) are able to:

  • assist in scale-ups or start-ups
  • design dashboards
  • develop or re-develop systems/programs
  • deliver action plans/recommendations
  • work collaboratively and/or iteratively

Deliverables

Project teams typically deliver a professional report with action plan and recommendations supported by research and objective analyses. Creativity is also encouraged including unique ideas and "out-of-box" considerations.
