Learners
There are 3 deliverables: 1 ) Project Plan: Students will develop a Statement of Work and project plan for the semester. 2) Status Report: Students will conduct research, update you and get your input so that they can successfully deliver their final research-based recommendations. 3) Final Delivery of the student project as outlined and agreed to in the status report.

Requirements
Groups of 4-5 student-consultants from the Schulich Master of Management program will work with your organization (on-going business, a start-up, a non-profit or community organization) on a short-term project that is important to you.
The students will apply their knowledge and research to the real-world management challenge or opportunity that you put forward. This could include, but is not limited to:
- surveying potential customers and evaluating their market potential
- developing value propositions and use cases for specific market segments
- analyzing value chain
- developing a competitive matrix
- validating business models
- creating materials for investor presentations.
