Project Examples

Starting in September, a group of student-consultants will spend approximately 100 working hours providing your organization with a thorough analysis of opportunities and threats in your organizations environment. They will also present an overview of strategic alternatives/recommendations to ensure your organization maintains competitive edge.

Based on information your organization provides and the goals you outline, students will analyze disruptive technologies, socio-cultural trends, economic trends, as well as clients, potential customers, competition, and suppliers. Students will also perform an internal analysis of the different divisions of your organization and, where possible, compare that to similar companies or direct competitors.

Project examples could include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing a marketing strategy (international and domestic)
  • General strategy recommendations
  • Assisting a company launch a new product
  • New market entry strategy

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Minimum of 2-4 interactions with the students in-person or remotely (approximately 4-6 hours over the duration of the project).

Provide a dedicated contact who will be available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions or provide additional information.

Provide financial statements or information (min. 1 year, ideally 2-3) by September 10th. NDAs can be signed.
