Details

The teams will apply their international and entrepreneurial knowledge, as MBA students with critical analyses/strategies/design skills to develop ideas in your organization's. The teams will complete an analysis and provide strategic recommendations, practical options, and design an action plan appropriate to your business situation, with your direction.

As a participating organization, you will provide a specific question, business issue/ challenge, or opportunity that will be the focus the student team review.

Deliverables

What would your company get at the end of the course?

The deliverables provided by the external consultant team including:

- Collaboratively work with you as the client as a professional helper and advisor

- Create a professional proposal addressing all relevant issues

- Collect data, relevant information, and evidence in support of the business proposal

- Produce a final report document with recommendations, options, and rationales

- Include a power-point presentation as part of the final deliverable
