Details

Organizational Behavior Dynamics course is designed to examine the important issues and procedures regarding functions of the organization. Participants will understand the major aspects of the organization that contribute to the organizational culture, managing work behavior, perceptions and emotions, motivation and stress, providing evaluation, feedback and rewards for constructive behavior as well as managing misbehavior. This course will demonstrate how balanced advocacy will facilitate a harmonious work environment with employer and employees as well as team dynamics, managing conflict, negotiation, communication, decision making, leadership, organizational structure and design, managing change, innovation and creativity.

Deliverables

The final project deliverables might include:

  1. A 10-15 minute presentation of key findings and recommendations.
  2. A detailed report including their research, analysis, insights, and recommendations.

  • Evaluate and identify the role of emotional intelligence in the workplace and its positive impact on Organization behavior dynamics.
  • Design “Results and Renewal” culture that will work in your organization as well as enhance productivity, creativity and innovation in the firm compared to “Can do culture.”
  • Develop motivation strategies to overcome stress and work pressure in the firm.
  • Analyze team dynamics role for decision making strategies and team performance.
  • Investigate the role and goal of authentic leadership in managing change in the firm.
  • Create Best Practices in Organizational behavior dynamics that contribute to a positive organizational culture.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project.

A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the course to review the project scope.
