Project Examples

Starting in January, a group of five student-consultants will spend approximately 250 hours working to determine actionable recommendations that ensure your organization gains or maintains its competitive edge.

Student-consultants will conduct a thorough analysis of opportunities and threats in your organization's environment and present an overview of strategic alternatives/recommendations.

Based on information your organization provides and the goals you outline, students will perform an internal and external analysis. They will analyze, identify, and evaluate opportunities and threats in your firm’s economic, technological, demographic/social cultural, and political-legal environments, in order to craft a strategy to help create and sustain a competitive advantage. They will also analyze the different divisions of your organization, comparing them to similar companies or direct competitors.

Project examples could include, but are not limited to:

  • Crafting and implementing a well-developed supply chain strategy
  • Developing a marketing strategy (international and domestic)
  • General strategy recommendations
  • Assisting with a new product launch
  • New market entry strategy
  • Driving revenue growth and brand awareness
