Requirements

A group consisting of 6 MBA student-consultants will work with your business on developing answers to three key questions over 6 months:

1. Why should your business explore growth opportunities in foreign markets?

2. Which foreign market in particular should it focus upon?

3. How should it enter the chosen foreign market?

Examples may include but are not limited to:

  • Foreign market analysis
  • Launching a new product into a foreign market
  • Expanding your business into a foreign market
