The group of student-consultants will submit a written plan, specific to your company's growth opportunities, which will be accompanied by a 15-minute presentation.

Project Examples

A group of 5 student-consultants, working over the entire semester, will provide strategic recommendations and an implementation plan specific to help you grow your business. This could include:

  • Your market is shifting and you'll need to shift in these ways to continue to satisfy your customers
  • Stay the course on your primary market, however look into these specific new markets for expansion
  • Your market is dead, sell as soon as possible.  
Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Meet with students (virtually or in person) for 1-hour to present your organization, its challenge, and to answer questions

Be responsive to periodic emails from the groups to answer any questions or concerns that the student(s) may have as they progress

Provide students with necessary financial data as required (NDA's can be signed)
