Deliverables

The group of student-consultants will spend over 3 months and 300 hours working on a strategic plan specifically for your firm to expand to a country (or countries) of your choosing. At the end of all of this work, the student-consultants will submit a strategic market entry plan, which will be accompanied by a 20-minute presentation where they will detail their objectives and highlight their proposed requirements to execute that plan.
