Beginning this February, a group of 4 MBA students will spend 80 hours developing a strategic marketing plan for your organization.

Student-consultants will work with you to identify a high-priority marketing opportunity for your organization. The student teams will extensively research and analyze industry and organizational data, making strategic recommendations for your marketing goals.

Potential scopes for this project can include but are not limited to:

  • Promoting a new product/service
  • Increasing revenue for an existing product/service
  • Increasing market share
  • Customer acquisition/retention
  • Increasing brand awareness
  • Meeting the needs of a specific customer segment
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be available for a quick phone call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.

Provide a dedicated contact who will be available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address student’s questions or provide additional information.

Minimum of 2-4 interactions with the students in-person or remotely (approximately 4-6 hours over the duration of the project).
