Digital Launch Strategy for a New Consulting Service
Omni MCA is launching a new offering - Strategy Activation and we wish to have a product/service launch plan, as well as ongoing guidance for marketing the service. In particular, how do we get in front of our target market - mid-size business owners across North America. What challenges do these owners face when implementing their strategy? What barriers can this program help them overcome? What words do they use to describe their challenges? What business competencies do they wish their leadership team possessed? Who are our competitors? How can we establish the brand for Strategy Activation and how does it align with Omni MCA? We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.
LevelUp: Strategy Activation Conversations
**This project is eligible for the LevelUp grant** Most organizations fail to realize their full potential or follow through on their strategic plans. According to the Brightline Institute, 90% of senior executives report that their organizations fails to reach all of their strategic goals. 20% of strategic initiatives fail due to poor implementation. We believe that this is because teams are not provided opportunities to gain new business knowledge, find their role in making the strategy a success, discuss uncertainties, uncover new possibilities and build new habits. We are developing a new program, Strategy Activation , to support small- and mid-sized businesses increase their strategic success, one conversation at a time. It is a program designed to introduce new business concepts to teams and facilitate the application of that concept within the context of their organization. We are seeking one student to assist with writing modules and facilitation guides.
