Product Marketing (strategy)

Montage has a goal to bridge gaps between generations. We serve young women across North America by producing a podcast and mentor matching. We have a social media community of over 800 members as well. We believe in the next generation and want to include them in our digital content creation and strategy efforts. Our founder, Cecilia comes from a marketing background in CPG, Agency, start-up, and tech sectors. Mentoring students is one major benefit of the projects we are looking for support in. Growing our newest product ideas is next on our goals for 2023. We aim to launch one of the following: - Social Media Manager physical planner (we have a confirmed publisher - but want more strategy behind the launch) - Mentor conversation cards (similar to we are not really strangers but for students, teachers, employers etc) Students will take ownership in: Familiarizing with our target audience + product research Creating a campaign for lead gen and sales

We. believe in the next generation and want to include them in our digital content creation and strategy efforts. Growing our podcast awareness and nurturing the current community is our next quarter's goal as we gain interest from amazing guests to be part of the show. It's called Dear Next Gen by: Montage on Spotify and Apple Podcast. Students will take ownership in: Familiarizing with our target audience Creating a campaign that invites Gen Z & Millenials into the story of bridging generational gaps Collaborating with our team to create visual assets, copy, ads and emails
