We serve young women across North America by producing a podcast and mentor matching. We have a social media community of over 800 members as well. We believe in the next generation and want to include them in our digital content creation and strategy efforts.
Our founder, Cecilia comes from a marketing background in CPG, Agency, start-up, and tech sectors. Mentoring students is one major benefit of the projects we are looking for support in.
Growing our newest product ideas is next on our goals for 2023. We aim to launch one of the following:
- Social Media Manager physical planner (we have a confirmed publisher - but want more strategy behind the launch)
- Mentor conversation cards (similar to we are not really strangers but for students, teachers, employers etc)
Students will take ownership in:
- Familiarizing with our target audience + product research
- Creating a campaign for lead gen and sales
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- An understanding of presenting a campaign strategy
- Capabilities in: product launch or product strategy to go to market
Final deliverables should include:
- Marketing strategy
- Competitor research
- Campaign concepts
Sub-Project task assignments based on students desired portfolio needs. We will provide:

- Coaching calls for:-corporate job prep-your professional social presence-freelance work/starting your own business
- Linkedin shoutouts
- Resume review
- Podcast feature
- Support with pricing your services or balancing work/life
- Be recommended for contract gigs
- Mentor in the marketing and digital marketing space
