Determination of legal requirements to launch private school in Ontario

Our organization is interested in the possibility of offering courses to individuals in Canada (in all provinces and territories). As part of our initial assessment and strategy development, we would like assistance in evaluating the legal requirements for this project. We would like to work with students to get a picture of what to expect, from a legal standpoint, if we were to expand into this new market. We are especially interested in: Regulatory barriers and required approvals (in each province and territory, the initial focus would be Ontario). Structure implications. Licenses and patent rights eligibility. Contractual issues. Liability issues.

Launching our Canadian Virtual Film School

You just won the Virtual Internship Lottery. Because you're about to start working with VirtualFilmSchool. Let us explain in just over a minute. Watch this. Welcome back. See, you're here so you already believe in Virtual. And you probably believe in the power of social video. So you're really into CREATING THE VirtualFilmSchool LAUNCH FOR CANADA! Check out www.VirtualFilmSchool.org Welcome back. We want YOU to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to launch, grow and engage our target market in Canada. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. We're a team of multi-award winning Hollywood geeks and some very smart chaps in London. One thing we have in common? We all love Canadians. Final deliverables can include: An improved website for www.VirtualFilmSchool.ca , promo videos, and social media outreach on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer for the Canadian launch are the following: How should we promote our company? What social media channels should we utilize? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What messaging should we use? BOTTOM LINE: COME JOIN US. DO GOOD STUFF WITH VIDEOS.
