The primary goal is to generate significant interest and build a supportive community around the product, ultimately achieving the fundraising targets set by Farm At Home Ltd. Market Research Based Campaign Design
Amazon alone is handling more than %50 of retail eCommerce. That provides a unique opportunity for digital market research activities as everyone has access to the real market data including the number of sales and price range of a prouduct and much more. This project aims to design a marketing campaign based on digital market research. This final goal required some basic steps including marketing strategies which need to be done in advance.
Product Launch Strategy
We want to expand our product offering with a new design. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? Should we just default to launching where we live? What is the total market size for this opportunity? 2. With whom should we partner on manufacturing, kitting, packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment? How complex is that and how much will it cost, realistically? 3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? 4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success? We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.
New Website Launch
We are a startup company with a domain, but we would love help to design and build a full- functioning website for our company. Students should be prepared to: Conduct a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Create a design proposal including mock-ups, budget, and timeline. Build a fully-functioning website. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.
