Psychotherapy Clinic adding services providers and technologies

As a private practice offering psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching, as well as anger management, sex therapy and hypnotherapy, with mainly male clients both in person and online, our primary goal is offering services that are closely aligned to our market segment’s wants and needs so that we can build relationships, help our clients, and grow our business. The main goal of this project is to create a plan for the expansion of the practice into a multi-person practice with several thriving 'product lines' including Brainspotting and Virtual Reality Therapy. We are excited to work with students in their production of a current state analysis, strategic plan, and operations plan, that will help us move forward with achieving our business goals. Students can work on creating: competitor analysis, revenue model and financial forecast, marketing plan, and more.
