Working with Dwell at Home was a great experience; they were very informative and answered our questions.

I enjoyed working with the customer because they helped me see a totally different levels on how it takes for a home care to operate. I would defiantly want to try to learn more about their company.

My experience with Dwell At Home, led by Mike and Rod, was amazing. It was great to have a business invest in our development and value our opinions and ideas. They were both attentive, positive, and grateful for our contributions. The communication was appreciated, and it was clear that they care as much about our academic success as they do about any benefit from our deliverables. This was a unique and rewarding experience. Both Mike and Rod encourage student participation and assist in guiding the teams through the project objectives. This course is designed to give students the opportunity to work in a team environment and implement project management strategies into a group project. Mike and Rod of Dwell at Home are always available to help the students achieve these course objectives, This was a great learning experience for the Strayer students and created a win-win scenario to work on a challenging team project that provided real world solutions for our business partner. The Riipen program brings a new dimension to the student learning process. Mike and Rod created a strong working dynamic that provided the Strayer students with a powerful learning opportunity that they can draw from in their future careers. Mike and Rod from Dwell at Home were amazing to work with this term. Their organization lined up well with the course design, team strategy, and project management practices. Their initial presentation to the students was very instructive and they provided three deliverables that offered the team both a challenge and a learning opportunity. Both Mike and Rod worked very closely with the members of each team throughout the term and provided quality feedback to the student team members.
