Azure Infrastructure Design for VTEX Voice Solutions Inc.

VTEX Voice Solutions Inc. is seeking to enhance its existing set of products by designing a robust Azure infrastructure. The primary goal is to ensure scalability, disaster recovery, and security for all internal APIs. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of cloud computing, specifically Azure services, to create a comprehensive infrastructure plan. The project will involve evaluating current systems, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and proposing solutions that align with best practices in cloud architecture. Learners will work on tasks such as setting up virtual networks, configuring load balancers, and implementing security protocols to protect sensitive data. Backend is running a Laravel (PHP) and using MariaDB as the backend database.

New Product Release Planning and Preparation

We have an existing product suite that we have been using with a very small amount of customers that we are going to make available for a public release. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? What is the total market size for this opportunity? 2. We need to review our complete onboarding process as well as customer journey from product awareness to subscription 3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? 4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success? 5. We need to review or existing features and decide if we are missing important features for a wider launch audience We are looking to gain perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.

New Product User and Testing Documentation

We have an existing product suite that we have been using with a very small amount of customers that we are going to make available for a public release. We need to develop test plans for QA as well as add to an improve end user product documentation We have an end user facing help portal that has a very limited amount of information that needs to be added to. This should tie into the test plans and will require screencaps, video and user friendly documentation. We don't have any official test plans for new releases. Since we have a small client base, we have an idea of what to test but we need to have a more official test plan for releases.

New Product Website, SEO and Subscription Integration

We have an existing product suite that we have been using with a very small amount of customers that we are going to make available for a public release. We have a very basic website used as a sort of placeholder but it needs to be improved. Site is currently done in Wordpress but can be done using other technologies if preferred. There is no critical need for an eCommerce as this could be directed to our main site. Site will need to integrate with our product platform (PHP and JS with published REST APIs) for user signup as well as without subscription management software. We currently use Zoho Subscriptions which has REST APIs as well. We will need to create the proper workflows and processes prior to implementing.
