We have an existing product suite that we have been using with a very small amount of customers that we are going to make available for a public release. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to:

1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? What is the total market size for this opportunity?

2. We need to review our complete onboarding process as well as customer journey from product awareness to subscription

3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves?

4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success?

5. We need to review or existing features and decide if we are missing important features for a wider launch audience

We are looking to gain perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.

I will work directly with the student(s) and be available as needed.
