RESPONSIBILITIES / ONGOING DELIVERABLES OF THE ROLE: Create a go to market process/workflow for new products. Research and make recommendations relating to the development of new hats, events and digital media to measurably achieve WIRTH's three primary goals. Assess our current market tactics and provide tangible ways to improve.. Create marketing strategy for new products to elevate the brand profile in new and different markets. Create schedules, task descriptions, resource allocations, and timelines for implementation. SOCIAL CONTENT Assist with the creation and posting of social content to WIRTH portals in tandem with the new product launch. Insta (Story & Feed) Facebook Twitter YouTube Create a number of ROI driven posts per week. SOCIAL COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT Spend 10-15 mins per day finding potential new followers. Liking / commenting on other accounts across all platforms to organically grow the brand. Set targets for increasing new followers & engagement. Establish defined mailing lists: Friends & Family, fans of the brand, Shopify customers. Come up with strategies to acquire new followers; Influencers Friends & Family of us and the brand Customers Symbiotic corporate entities and social ventures. Other Social Ventures Mental Health Initiatives Identify co-branded / partner brand collaborations. Help develop an influencer program. STRATEGY & METRICS Monthly strategy session, vision for increasing traffic/sales on e-commerce site. Create curated reporting on analytics & metrics. Generate and distribute a metrics report or create a dashboard to measure growth and suggest possible adjustments to the WIRTH posting schedule to achieve targets. NEWSLETTER Produce monthly newsletter Manage email distribution lists Updates on the company and the crew Featured Hat Featured Story What’s happening in Mental Health Partnership Updates New website functionality Media Coverage Influencer testimonials DIGITAL & SOCIAL ADVERTISING Contribute to campaign concepts during brainstorming sessions. Track KPI’s and produce weekly reports for analysis to measure success. Help come up with campaign ideas to implement, track, optimize and refine. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Own our task list and ensure deadlines are met. Determine and define project scope and objectives. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Track project costs in order to meet budget. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Help create systems, processes and procedures that will allow us to scale and improve these processes. Take the lead in ensuring tasks are completed on time and on budget. Assist with financial strategy and reconciliation. Help plan new opportunities for growth and brand awareness. Aid in the strategic marketing plan and execution.
