MBA Students from University of Canada West will work on an International Marketing challenge/opportunity you want to address. In this project, students will apply their knowledge in international marketing to help your organization seize a global marketing opportunity, develop a strategic international marketing plan, and/or solve a current global marketing challenge. They can particularly focus on gathering international market intelligence, conducting a cultural and economic analysis of your chosen foreign market, developing an appropriate entry strategy mode, and developing competitive international marketing strategies. Upon completion of the project, you will receive detailed reports and watch the student teams' presentations.
Social Media Campaign for Alpaca Farmer and Artisans Community Project
The main goal for the project is to create a social media campaign to promote and raise funds for an alpaca farmer and artisans community project. The project has three main phases: 1. Improve alpaca fiber production 2. Build a mini wool mill 3. Export sustainable, artisanal, and eco-friendly alpaca garments and accessories.
Social Media Campaign Strategy for MILLMA & QAYTU SAC
The main goal for the project is to create a comprehensive social media campaign strategy for introducing Peruvian eco friendly, sustainable artisanal alpaca winter accessories to the Boston market. The strategy should focus on increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company's website, and ultimately increasing sales in the target market.
