Strategic Marketing Plan
With increasing distribution costs (fees for grocery store shelf space and increasing margins for distributors) Holy Crap is keen to explore increasing their website channel. A Strategic Marketing Plan will help Holy Crap evaluate the opportunities and feasibility of increasing online sales by 200% over the next 12 - 18 months. Phase 1 Project Plan: Students will meet with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope and prepare a detailed plan for completion of the project.Phase 2 Project Execution: Students will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks.Phase 3 - Outcome - Report: Students will submit a detailed 10-page report outlining your strategic marketing plan, including samples of marketing materials that you can implement immediately.
