E-den Design: brand new marketplace is final stages to go to market in Florida

Hi! We are, at E-den.design ( www.e-den.design ), a new family owned startup. We will be offering a marketplace to bring together customers and landscape designers (B2C). The customer can create their dream garden while being led with a professional designer for a fixed low price. Our mission is the restore biodiversity and promote actively the use of native plants in Florida. We would like to have a go-to-market strategy (including a social media communication plan) and price model development that includes: We intent to go live fairly quickly so we would like some analytics and evaluations once we are live and suggestions in order to reach more of our target audience. Successful outcomes include: - A market research report, informed by primary data collection. - We would like to understand our customer base through surveys and conversations with  our present and future consumer to gather insights into buying behaviours, expectations, and experiences with us. - This data should inform a final report that outlines our go-to-market strategy and price model development.
