Eleat Technologies is set to launch a new innovative coffee product, which is concentrated liquid coffee. The goal is to sell this liquid coffee concentrate, and use the profit to fund our mobile application development. We hope to gain a renewed understanding of the features and design that our target market would expect in our website, especially those who will buy our new product such as hotels, coffee shops, offices, etc.We would like to collaborate with students to produce a design prototype informed by real customer input and feedback that we can bring to a developer for implementation.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Conducting user interviews and research on our industry, our target market, and desired website features.Designing a wireframe prototype for our website and mapping out user interactions.Documenting the design process and any additional insights that emerge.Testing the prototype with customers and surveying for feedback.Refining design ideas with input from experts and customers.Prototyping multiple versions of a design that includes the desired website features.
Main Website Development
Eleat Technologies is seeking a passionate student to lead and develop our main website. The student will ideate, plan, design, and fully develop our website that provides valuable information about our company to potential users, restaurateurs, investors and advertisers. This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages.Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable.Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content.Providing training on updating and maintaining the website.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.
Market Research, Validation, & Marketing Strategy Development
Eleat is the future of dining. It is an industry-disrupting web app and trusted resource for foodlovers and restaurateurs; bringing the newest and best food discovery platform for foodies.Eleaters (the new and elevated foodie) can search for restaurants and bars, happy hours, featured restaurants, order their favorite dishes by cuisine or craving, make a reservation, and read and post reviews all in one place. It is designed to help both restaurateurs and patrons have access to a comprehensive website at scale.We are looking to gain a better understanding of our target market to confirm the need and demand for our product. This will allow us to determine if we are targeting and tailoring the right segments to have a successful market entry for our product. We hope to ensure that we are offering the appropriate elective benefits and using our marketing resources in the most effective ways. Tasks:Assess the size of our market with metrics such as sales data and number of restaurants that will use our product, and compare them to the size of our customer base to determine our market share and how many potential customers (restaurants and foodies) we could obtain.Analyze our current offerings and the positioning of our brand.Work with CEO Al-Noor and Project Manager Sergio to develop a market research plan and marketing strategy we will use.Analyze marketing strategy results to create recommendations on how to improve our positioning, branding and products/services.
Website UI / UX Design & Prototype
Our company would like to explore re-designing our current website with a prototype. We are always on the lookout for innovative and fresh UI and UX ideas that will help our users.This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed.Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focused might return the best results in a redesign.Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available.Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a web application which can be used on all major browsers and be mobile friendlyConducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this
