Digital Content Creation - Social Media and Copy

4 individual positions available We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We are looking to provide value for our followers and e-mail subscribers. Given that our products are mainly suited for pet owners, we need to create content related to pet ownership and pets in general. Two students will be assigned to social media and graphic design, two students will be assiged to blogging and email campaigns To accomplish this, we expect the students will: Bloging students will: Oversee the blogging content pipeline from beginning to end (research, rough draft, finished copies). Students will assist with multi-channel campaigns and coordinate with social media and web outlets to launch blogs. This role build on the previously established role, continuing the execution of the established content strategy. Students are also responsible for monitoring and evaluating campaign effectiveness to optimize future campaigns. Social Media students will: Oversee the social media channels for Instachew. Create engaging graphics for social media channels, optimizing content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Students will utilize data to create content pipelines and engage with fans on respective channels. Students are also responsible for monitoring stats on a bi-weekly basis to support marketing strategy. This role builds on the previously established role and includes additional involvement in paid media campaigns. Mobile Developer

4 individual positions available We are looking for a rockstar team of student developers to help us optimize and launch the Instachew Approckstar The selected individuals are responsible in assisting the project manager with front end (UI/UX) development, backend development, and QA assurance. This project is longer scaled and will consist of 1-3 months of part time work (20 hours / week) To accomplish this, we expect the students will: Front End Developer / UI Designer Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets Build page navigation buttons and search fields Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how mobile app functions and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images Back End Developer Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging Write clean code to develop functional mobile applications Troubleshoot and debug applications Perform UI tests to optimize performance Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic Gather and address technical and design requirements Provide training and support to internal teams Build reusable code and libraries for future use Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features Follow emerging technologies QA Specialist Identify and document test cases for multi-component systems from requirements. Coordinate and communicate with developers on bug fixes and required modifications. Execute test cases and document software defects. Take ownership of software defects from discovery through to closure. Provide Test Summary & Test Exit Reports. Assist in project requirements analysis. We are looking to hire a Content Writer to create content for blogs, articles and product descriptions. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Select topics for blogs relevant to company objectives Conducting in-depth research on the selected topic in order to develop original content Developing content for product descriptions, social media, and the company websit Proofreading existing and new content for errors and inconsistencies Use SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization in the form of writing. Other content creation opportunities will be available, given interest of the candidate.
