

Information Technology - Cyber Security Awareness Program
We are looking to have a student identify, configure and deploy a new Cyber Security Awareness program for our organization. This student must have knowledge within Information Technology and some familiarity to Cyber Security. The system has been purchased and we will need the student to configure, test, document and train IT staff on the features and capabilities of the system. The student will also manage, monitor the deployment phases throughout the organization. Also providing data analytics reporting for management and executive team to review. Some of our requirements for this project are: - Working with the vendor to support the configuration of the system. - Work with existing IT staff / Clients to assist in developing the framework . - Provide training to IT/Staff on system functionality, operations and support. - Provide documentation to IT/Staff on features and functionalities of the system. - Self dependent to review system, knowledge articles and provide solutions and recommendation to the team to ensure that the system is implemented with functionality of the system. - Ability to work in a fast pace environment, great communication skill, self learner, and energetic individual.
Information Technology - ITSM Ticket Management Implementation
We are looking to have students identify, configure and deploy a new Ticket Management System for our IT department. This student must have knowledge within Information Technology and some familiarity to what is required for a true ITSM system. The system has been purchased and we will need the student to configure, test, document and train IT staff on the features and capabilities of the system. The student will also provide some videos/documentation for implementing this to the entire organization on how to use the system and to be able to provide a true Self Serve Portal through SaaS solution. Some of our requirements for this project are: - Working with the vendor to support the configuration of the system. - Work with existing IT staff / Clients to assist in developing the framework for a true ITSM system. - Provide training to IT/Staff on system functionality, operations and support. - Provide documentation to IT/Staff on features and functionalities of the system. - Self dependent to review system, knowledge articles and provide solutions and recommendation to the team to ensure that the system is implemented with the full ITSM solution. - Ability to work in a fast pace environment, great communication skill, self learner, and energetic individual.
