This will require regular updates to content using marketing strategies and other tools to help market our service to small and mid-sized organizations. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other creative solutions that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

Social Media and HR Content Strategy for Peak Performance HR

The main goal for the project is to create a comprehensive social media campaign strategy for Peak Performance HR and develop HR-related content for the company's website, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups. Additionally, the project aims to help create podcasts to be shared online via various platforms and manage the company's social media platforms ensuring regular content is created and shared. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Conducting a thorough analysis of the company's HR consulting services, target audience, and unique selling points. - Developing a social media campaign strategy that aligns with the company's brand and goals. - Creating HR-related content for the company's website, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups. - Assisting in the creation of podcasts and managing the company's social media platforms.

Training Module Development

We would like to create a branded library of up-to-date HR tools, templates, processes, policies, best practices, etc. that we can share with our clients to support their ongoing requirements. This library would be accessible to our internal team of HR & Recruitment consultants and would provide a consistent set of documents that can be utilized by our clients.

Prospective CRM Evaluative Study

Our business has grown significantly over the past 10 years and the current CRM tool that we are using has not worked out as we had hoped and anticipated. Our client records and prospective sales pipeline have become difficult to manage and we are not using the CRM to its full potential (as it is much more complex than we needed it to be!). We would like you to provide us with recommendations on how to improve the current CRM and/or a comparison of the top CRMs for SMALL BUSINESSES available and make a recommendation, based on our needs.
