Details

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

Peak Performance HR needs help developing and maintaining an attractive & engaging social media presence, which may include; updating our website, Facebook page, LinkedIn, Twitter and/or any other platforms you can recommend. This will require regular updates to content using marketing strategies and other tools to help market our service to small and mid-sized organizations.

Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other creative solutions that we can use as go-to marketing tools.



Deliverables

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

  • Create engaging online posts, write articles, and other content pieces on assigned human resources related topics (ie. legislative updates, HR trends, best practices, etc.)
  • Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization
  • Update existing social media accounts and recommend new platforms that will be effective in reaching our target market.
  • Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our value proposition
Mentorship

Students will work closely with the President & Lead Consultant who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
