Market Entry Strategy for "Let's Talk" Mobile Application
The "Let's Talk" project aims to develop a comprehensive market entry strategy for a mobile application designed to facilitate honest 1:1 conversations on complex topics like gun control, climate change, and abortion. The goal is to decrease polarization by encouraging open dialogue. With a beta version expected by May 2025, the "Let's Talk" project team seeks to identify effective customer segmentation, marketing, promotional, and advertising strategies to successfully launch the app. The project will focus on understanding the target audience, analyzing competitors, and crafting a strategy that ensures a large and active user base. The team will apply classroom knowledge in marketing and business strategy to address real-world challenges in launching a socially impactful application.
Mobile App for IOS - Facilitating 1:1 discussions on challenging topics
Our company would like to develop a working prototype for a native iOS mobile application. The mobile application named "Let's Talk" is designed to facilitate one-on-one conversation among people interested in discussing topics with differing opinions and points of view. The goal of the mobile application is to promote and foster conversation on topics including politics, immigration, woman's rights, abortion, climate change, gun control, free speech, health insurance, vaccines, religious freedom and more. We would like a group of students to design a prototype mobile application based on the non-working prototype (attached) This will involve: Knowlege of how to develop both the front end iOS mobile application design and back end iOS mobile application coding Once approved by the client company, submission of the mobile application to the apple store for review and approval to publish Roadmap for further iOS application functionality and application development for android mobile devices
Data Analysis of Virtual Reality Digiceutical Trial for Cancer Patients
PNI Therapeutics has developed the first digiceutical, software as medicine, to increase the efficacy of standard of care chemotherapy infusion treatments, with the immersive power of Virtual Reality (VR). PNI Thrive is a 10 minute guided visualization, lightly interactive VR experience that patients experience while they are administered their chemotherapy infusion treatments. Viewers are taken on a journey and transported into an ethereal place to relax their mind and body. By combing the immersive power of VR and creative visualization, along with lightly interactive game-play mechanics, viewers are empowered to unleash the power of their immune system by directing T-Cells to defeat and eliminate cancerous cells within their body. This powerful visualization will complement and enhance chemotherapy treatments prescribed by physicians. The goal is to improve treatment outcomes for patients; to quicken their recovery, reduce mortality, and lower the total cost of treatment by increasing the efficacy of pharmaceuticals through the immersive power of Virtual Reality. PNI Therapeutics needs students to tabulate, analyze, and report results of a small clinical trial of 15- 20 patients who are using PNI Thrive, the 10 minute guided visualization VR experience referenced above, as part of their alternative & complementary cancer treatments. Patients at Immunity Therapy Center clinic in Mexico are directed to use PNI Thrive once a day for a period of 10-15 days. Patient groups of 6-8 are using PNI Thrive for 10-15 days on a rolling basis, starting during the week of July 6, 2021. It is anticipated that all data will be collected by September 15, 2021.
Clinical Trial Protocol for Virtual Reality Digiceutical for Cancer Patients

The goal is to improve treatment outcomes for patients; to quicken their recovery, reduce mortality, and lower the total cost of treatment by increasing the efficacy of pharmaceuticals through the immersive power of Virtual Reality. PNI Therapeutics needs students to write a research protocol for a small clinical trial of 20 patients in the test group, 20 patients in the "control shame VR group", and 20 patients in the control group without VR. The protocol document will need to detail all aspects of the trial: its background, rationale, objectives, design, methodology, statistical analysis plan, and organization.
