Marketing Materials for promoting Enterprise Technology Solutions in LinkedIn
The main goal for the project is to create marketing materials, including copywriting for LinkedIn and other social media, as well as webinars, to promote KDIT Solutions Inc.'s Enterprise technology solutions. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Researching and understanding KDIT Solutions Inc.'s Enterprise technology solutions and target audience.- Developing compelling copywriting for LinkedIn and other social media platforms to effectively promote the technology solutions.- Creating engaging and informative webinars to showcase the benefits and features of the Enterprise technology solutions.
Web based application development (MVP)
Our company serves several enterprise clients who frequently submit numerous requests for support with our products. We aim to offer a secure, web-based portal exclusively for registered users for each organizations without compromising privacy. Through this portal, they can submit support/service tickets, as well as view and manage their status while our customer support team works diligently to resolve the issues to their satisfaction.We would like to work with students to develop this web based portal as a MVP or working website with NodeJS or other latest technologies.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Researching different service ticket platforms like ServiceNow, Zendesk etc.Understand the different user persona who will be administering and using the product

About us and our technology:We are a technology startup having an Enterprise Software Quality platform in the cloud. This platform is utilized by Enterprise clients to conduct both manual and automated testing. While currently hosted on AWS, we are in the process of transitioning our solution to the Azure cloud.Our solution is crafted using ReactJS for the frontend and Java for the backend, with all AWS servers situated in the United States. Our development team operates remotely, utilizing Windows VM machines in the Azure cloud for developing the solution and committing code to Bitbucket. To ensure robust access controls, all permissions are tied to the IP addresses of these VM machines, and developers are restricted from coding on their local machines. We prioritize security and access control over providing physical machines or laptops to our employees.In our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and security, we are actively working towards fulfilling the ISO 27001 checklist and SOC2 reporting requirements. We are seeking dedicated candidates to collaborate with an external vendor in developing and implementing these compliances and checkpoints. Before initiating external independent audits, our students will undertake thorough security assessments, including Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), and internally report their findings.These student resources will be integrally involved in establishing and adhering to the checklists for these critical certifications, receiving guidance not only from our experienced internal team but also from the external vendor. Their role is crucial in ensuring our technology not only meets but exceeds the stringent standards of our industry.
Audit and redesign cloud based Enterprise application
We have an Enterprise Software Quality platform that has been built already. We would like external UX/UI design resources to audit the entire application (through collaboration with us). Once audited, we would like to have high level report on potential UX gaps.We are always on the lookout for innovative and fresh UI and UX ideas that will help our users.Then we need the team to work on a new prototype in Figma or Adobe XD with following goals: Improve usability for end users - Make the navigation and journey of the Entire application for each of the end user persona - ease, intuitive, simple and streamlined.Improve Consistency - Standardize design elements and interactions across the application to reduce the learning curve and make the application feel cohesive and professional.Visually Attractive - Other than user experience, the team will be looking make the overall product visually attractive, allow end users to apply their color templates (dark, mild, bright, contrast). Apply color, typography and other design elements to enhance aesthetics and ensure a consistent brand experience.Our team will help and collaborate to make this project to a great success. We will helpConducting background research on our existing product. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed.Identifying key areas of our current product and what areas of focused might return the best results in a redesign.
