To redesign the website to be more user-friendly, focus on customer journey mapping, make the design more visually dynamic.MAIN FOCUS: to brand RAMMP as parent company and make MR MIKES as a subsidiary. Important for people to understand who is behind RAMMP and vision so makes it easier for us to sell a full service restaurant.We do love the visual of having the photos go the full width of screen, make the website all scroll-able, adding gallery and autoplay video feature with no sound. Landing page to showcase number of current locations as well as sold franchises to peak interest.Make mobile/other device friendly. Contact more visible. Clean up tabs so it's less confusing. Final deliverables include: A Situation Analysis. A Logo Design Proposal. A Branding Guide. A Fully-Functioning Responsive Website. A Campaign Plan Book. Communications Designs (ex. letterhead, business cards, etc.). The student-consultant teams will pitch their campaign plan to your organization at the end of the semester. You may select a winner to utilize their design work.

Fresh perspective is meaningful to us, and with the recent launch of our new space, urbanLOUNGE, it's always of importance to us to gain insight from today's youth. Final deliverables from each group include: A 15-minute presentation. A 12-page (minimum) report on research, findings, and data-driven recommendations.

Our brand is made up of independent, community-based franchisees, and our job at head office is to provide tools and support to help them build a successful and profitable business. The key to success is people - we want your help in creating a Hiring Toolkit for our franchisees to help attract and retain top talent. Phase 1 – Project Plan : Students will be in contact (virtually) with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope and prepare a detailed plan for completion of the project. Phase 2 – Project Execution : Students will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks. Phase 3 - Outcome – Hiring Manual. Each student-consultant group will submit a short manual that includes some or all of the following: Workflows of business processes. Reference to job analysis/job descriptions. Templates for job postings. Legal compliance. Recruitment methods by job type. Resume management. Candidate shortlisting techniques. Recommendations on the use of tests. Interview procedures. Reference checks. Onboarding.
