Data Visualization and Sales Insights Enhancement

Compassionate Inquiry Inc. seeks to enhance its data-driven decision-making capabilities by developing innovative data visualization techniques. The goal is to create intuitive tables and plots that provide managers with actionable insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and revenue opportunities. By analyzing existing sales and customer data, the project aims to identify patterns that can help reduce customer churn, maximize revenue through up-sell and cross-sell strategies, and improve new customer acquisition. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools to real-world business challenges, fostering a deeper understanding of how data can drive strategic decisions. The project is designed to be completed by a team of learners specializing in data science or business analytics.

Backend Website Development

Our vision is to bring compassion, respect, acceptance, insight, healing, freedom and connection to humanity through an international community of skillful Compassionate Inquiry practitioners. We would like to work with students to develop and re-skin our existing WordPress website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching Wordpress stacks, themes, plug-ins, site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. For instance, would creating headless Wordpress with Vue.js or efficient back-end caching be a better approach overall? Working with our internal team to build the re-designed back-end and front-end of our website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback. Students should have a moderate understanding of PHP and Wordpress, and a basic understanding of HTML, Javascript, CSS, ux and ui etc.
